Frank is a born and raised Amsterdammer, addicted to the city but also with an enormous urge for nature.
In terms of painting he’s actually completely self-taught, but to be honest, from 2019 onwards he will occasionally take lessons in an Amsterdam studio. A predilection for old masters and especially the style and technique used in this way of painting. Portraits and still lifes fill most of his studio space. Works on commission but likes to keep space in his agenda for free work.
